待課程概述
Mycology in the tropics has particularly challenges, because several groups of fungi treated by mycologists in temperate regions only occur in the tropics, but are less intensively covered in research and teaching. It is estimated that the diversity of tropical fungi is higher but much less known than of other fungi. In tropical ecology, therefore, ecological roles of fungi only partially overlap with those in temperate biozones.
